Dzīves kvalitāte pacientiem ar primāru arteriālu hipertensiju ambulatorajā praksē
Zusammenfassung
Bakalaura darba mērķis ir noskaidrot dzīves kvalitāti pacientiem ar primāru arteriālu hipertensiju. Teorētiskajā daļā sniegts ieskats par arteriālās hipertensijas raksturojumu un tās ietekmi uz pacientu dzīves kvalitāti, kā arī arteriālo hipertensiju veselības aprūpes kvalitātes un primārās profilakses aspektā. Tāpat, teorētiskajā daļā sniegts dzīves kvalitātes jēdziena raksturojums medicīnas māsu vadīšanas procesa aspektā, apskatot 2 medicīnas māsu vadīšanas teorijas - M.E.Levaines enerģijas saglabāšanas teoriju un Integratīvo medicīnas māsas vadīšanas procesa teoriju. Praktiskā daļā tiek aprakstīta pētījuma metode, kā arī atspoguļoti pētījumā iegūtie dati, tādejādi izsakot galvenos secinājumus - pētījuma hipotēzes pierādīšanai. Iegūto datu analīzei tiek izmantota aprakstošā, kā arī secinošās statistiskas metode - divu neatkarīgu paraugkopu t-tests pētījuma hipotēzes apstiprināšanai. Iegūtie rezultāti tiek aprakstīti, veicot iegūto atbilžu salīdzinājumu starp anketas jautājumiem. Theoretical part provides characterization of arterial hypertension and its impact on the quality of life of patients as well as an insight into arterial hypertension from the perspective of health care quality and primary prevention. Also, the theoretical parts provides characterization of the quality of life concept from the perspective of nursing management process, addressing 2 nurse management theories: M.E. Levine's Conservation Model Theory and Integrative Nursing Management Process Theory. Practical part describes the research method as well as reflects data obtained in research, thus the main conclusions for proving a research hypothesis were presented. For the analysis of data obtained, the descriptive and conclusive statistical methods: t-test with two independent samples for confirmation of research hypothesis. The obtained results were described by comparing the answers received during survey.
