Pētījums ir par atbalsta sistēmu vardarbībā cietušajām sievietēm. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kā atbalsta sistēma mazina vardarbību pret sievietēm. Pētnieciskie jautājumi ir par to, kā darbojas atbalsta sistēma vardarbībā cietušajām sievietēm, kādas institūcijas ir iesaistītas atbalsta sistēmā un kāda ir vardarbībā cietušo sieviešu pieredze saņemot atbalstu. Pētījums tiek balstīts uz Aģentu tīkla teoriju. Pētījumā metodes ir daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar 12 respondentiem un dokumentu analīze. Datu apstrādē autore izmanto ietvara un tematisko metodi. Pētījuma rezultāti atklāj, kā atbalsta sistēma palīdz mazināt vardarbību pret sievietēm, kuri atbalsta aģenti vardarbībā cietušajām sievietēm ir visnoderīgākie. The study is devoted to research of the existing support systems for women who have suffered from violence. The aim of the study is to find out how the existing support system reduces violence against women.Research questions relate to the way in which support is provided to women victims of violence, which institutions are involved to support these victims, and the experience of women who have suffered violence in receiving support. The study is based on Actor network theory. Research methods are semi-structured interviews and document analysis. For data processing author uses the framework and the thematic method. The findings of the study reveal how the existing support system helps to reduce violence against women and which support agents for the women victims of violence are the most useful.
