Informācijas avotu kvalitātes novērtēšanas kritēriji studiju procesā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Informācijas avotu kvalitātes novērtēšanas kritēriji studiju procesā”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt, kādi ir Latvijas Universitātes studentu elektronisko informācijas avotu kvalitātes novērtēšanas paradumi, konstatēt, vai un kādas atšķirības ir starp dažādu nozaru studentu paradumiem, kā arī padziļināti izpētīt kritērijus informācijas avota kvalitātes un ticamības izvērtēšanai. Pētījuma veikšanai izmantotas anketēšanas un verbālā protokola metodes. Iegūtie rezultāti analizēti, pamatojoties uz jēgas piešķiršanas teoriju, kognitīvās autoritātes teoriju un mazo pasauļu teoriju. Bakalaura darba rezultāti atspoguļo studentu informācijas avotu novērtēšanas paradumus, kā tie atšķiras dažādu Latvijas Universitātes bakalaura studiju programmu studentu starpā.

The theme of the Bachelor’s work is “Evaluation criteria of information resource quality in process of studying”. The aim of this research is to determine what are the habits of evaluating the quality of electronic information sources for students of the University of Latvia, and what is the difference between the habits of students from different fields of study, as well as explore what the criteria must be in order to correctly determine if the information resource is reliable. The research was done by using questionnaires and verbal protocols. The gathered information of the research is analyzed based on the sense-making theory, cognitive authority theory and small world theory. The results of the Bachelor’ s work reflect habits of students information resource quality evaluation and how they differ between students from different Bachelor’s programs in the University of Latvia.
