Saeimas atbildīgās komisijas un NEPLP locekļu naratīvs par sabiedrisko mediju lomu mediju politikā (2014.-2018. gads)

Abstract

Maģistra darba “Saeimas atbildīgās komisijas un NEPLP locekļu naratīvs par sabiedrisko mediju lomu mediju politikā (2014. – 2018. gads)” mērķis ir izpētīt, kādi ir lēmumu pieņēmēju naratīvi par sabiedrisko mediju lomu Latvijā. Pētījums sastāv no 4 daļām. Darba pirmajā daļā tiek apkopotas teorētiķu atziņas par sabiedrisko mediju lomu tīkla sabiedrībā, aprakstīti mediju plurālisma teorētiskie aspekti un naratīva teorija. Darba otrajā daļā tiek aprakstītas pētījumā izmantotā metodoloģiskā pieeja – naratīva analīze un datu iegūšanas metode – naratīva intervija. Darba trešajā daļā tiek izklāstīti pētījuma rezultāti. Pētījuma ceturtajā daļā tiek veikts rezultātu apkopojums un izvērsta diskusija par strīdus punktiem. Pētījuma noslēdzošajā daļā tiek apkopoti secinājumi.

The aim of the master’s thesis “The Narrative of the Saeima Responsible Commision and the Members of the NEPLP (2014 - 2018)” is to study the decision makers’ strategic narratives on the role of public media in Latvia. The thesis consists of four parts. The first part contains a summary of theories of the role of public media in the network society, a description of the theoretical aspects of media pluralism and the theory of narrative. The second part presents the methodological approach used in the research; namely, the analysis of narrative, and the interview of narrative as the data acquisition method. The third part contains the research results. The fourth part provides a summary of the results and a discussion on the disputed points. In the final part of the research conclusions are presented.
