Diplomdarba tēma ir „Uzņēmuma SIA „Roze MJ” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze un novērtējums”. Darba mērķis ir uz teorētisko un praktisko materiālu pamata veikt uzņēmuma SIA „Roze MJ” finanšu analīzi, salīdzināt iegūtos datus ar līdzīgu mazumtirdzniecības uzņēmumu un izstrādāt priekšlikumus finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai, kā arī novērtēt turpmākās attīstības iespējas. Diplomdarbs sadalīts trīs nodaļās, kur pirmajā tiek apkopoti finanšu analīzes teorētiskie aspekti. Otrajā nodaļā tiek veikta uzņēmuma SIA „Roze MJ” finanšu koeficientu analīze par laika periodu no 2013.gada līdz 2017.gadam, bet trešajā nodaļā tiek veikts datu salīdzinājums ar līdzīgu uzņēmumu un vidējiem nozares rādītājiem. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 80 lappusēm, 18 attēliem un 32 informācijas avotiem. Atslēgas vārdi: finanšu analīze, likviditāte, rentabilitāte, maksātspēja, aprite. Diploma Thesis topic is „The analysis and evaluation of the financial situation of the enterprise „Roze MJ” LTD”. The goal of this paper is to conduct a financial analysis of the company, on the basis of theoretical and practical materials, by comparing acquired data from similarly sized retail company and develop proposals for financial position improvements, as well assessing the potential for further development. Diploma Thesis is divided into three chapters, where the first is a compilation of financial analysis theoretical aspects. In second chapter financial coefficient analysis of "Roze MJ" LTD for the period from year 2013 to 2017 is carried out, but in third chapter data comparison with similar company and industry, averages are made. Diploma Thesis consists of 80 pages, 18 pictures and 32 sources of information. Keywords: financial analysis, liquidity, profitability, solvency, movement.
