Bachelor's thesis '' Patient activation after hip replacement''. The problem is topical because the fact that the number of people standing in the row that require hip replacement is increasing every year. The aim of the work: Reveal the factors stimulating and inhibiting the activation of patients replaced hip joint. The research question: "What factors contribute and what factors delay patient activation after hip replacement?" The research method: Qualitative research method, research instrument interwiev questions. The research was made in X hospital, which included 6 patients after hip replacement, aged 75 - 85 years, who achieved post-operative 3rd day. In the first part of the work is compiled literature of hip replacement and patent activation in the post-operative period. The second part of the work summarizes and analyzes the answers provided by the respondents. After research results was analyzed, reveals the inhibitory and contributing factors of patient activation after hip replacement. The study consists of 39 pages, 7 chapters with subchapters, 8 tables, 7 annexes and 28 sources of literature.
