Aprūpes process intensīvā terapijā pacientiem ar traheostomu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma „Aprūpes process intensīvā terapijā pacientiem ar traheostomu” ir izvēlēta, lai izprastu un definētu aprūpes procesu intensīvās terapijas nodaļā pacientiem ar traheostomu, jo Latvijā nav standartizēta šāda veida aprūpe. Pētījuma mērķis: Izpētīt aprūpes procesu intensīvā terapijā pacientiem ar traheostomu. Mērķa sasniegšanai ir izvirzīti pētniecības uzdevumi, analizēt literatūru par intensīvās terapijas aprūpes procesu pacientiem ar traheostomu un analizēt Ida J. Orlando māsu procesu teoriju. Izvirzītais pētījuma jautājums: Kāds aprūpes process tiek nodrošināts pacientiem intensīvā terapijā ar traheostomu? Pēc autores veiktā pētījuma, ir redzams, ka Latvijā ir nepieciešama vadlīniju izstrādāšana, lai mazinātu kļūdu rašanos un veicinātu pilnvērtīgi nodrošinātu aprūpi pacientiem ar traheostomu. Darba pētījuma sadaļā tika pielietota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode. Pētījuma veikšanai tika izmantota: daļēji strukturēta intervija, kas tika veikta medicīnas māsām intensīvās terapijas nodaļā, kuras veic aprūpi pacientiem ar traheostomu.Bakalaura darbs ietver sešas nodaļas, teorētiskajā daļā ir piecas apakšnodaļas, empīriskajā daļā ir trīs apakšnodaļas. Darbs ir papildināts ar 3 pielikumiem. Kopā darbs sastāv no 47 lapaspusēm un 30 literatūras un informācijas avotiem.

The subject of the Bachelor thesis "The care process in the intensive care unit of patients with tracheostomy" was chosen to understand and define the care process in the intensive care unit of patients with tracheostomy, as this type of care is not standardised in Latvia. The aim of the research is to study the care process in the intensive care unit of patients with tracheostomy. To achieve the aim, research tasks have been set which include analysing literature about the care process in the intensive care unit of patients with tracheostomy and analysing Ida J. Orlando nursing process theory. The research question is what kind of care is provided to patients in the intensive care unit with tracheostomy? According to the author's research, it is evident that there is a need to develop guidelines in Latvia to reduce the incidence of errors and to fully promote sustained care for patients with tracheostomy. For the research section of the study a qualitative research method was used. To conduct the research a semi-structured interview was used to interview nurses in the intensive care unit, which are taking care of the patients with tracheostomy.This Bachelor thesis consists of six chapters, the theoretical part consists of five subchapters, the empirical part contains three subchapters. The work has been supplemented with 3 attachments. Total work consists of 47 pages and 30 references.
