Latvijas un Zviedrijas pensiju sistēmu salīdzinājums

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā “Latvijas un Zviedrijas pensiju sistēmu salīdzinājums” ir veikta detalizēta salīdzinošā analīze starp abu valstu pensiju sistēmām, nosakot iespējamās Latvijas pensiju sistēmas tālākas attīstības iespējas, vadoties pēc Zviedrijas pensiju sistēmas piemēra. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no trīs nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā apskatīta teorija par sociālās apdrošināšanas vēsturi un pensiju sistēmu attīstību. Otrajā nodaļā tiek apskatītas Zviedrijas un Latvijas sociālās apdrošināšanas sistēmas un politika. Trešajā nodaļā tiek apskatītas abu valstu pensiju sistēmas un veikta to detalizēta salīdzinošā analīze. Darbā tiek secināts, ka Latvijas pensiju sistēmai ir iespējas tālākai potenciālai attīstībai, vadoties pēc Zviedrijas pensiju sistēmas labas prakses piemēriem. Darbs sastāv no 66 lapaspusēm, 6 attēliem un 9 tabulām.

The Bachelor's paper "Comparison of the Latvian and Swedish Pension Systems" has carried out a detailed comparative analysis of the pension systems of both countries, identifying the possibilities of further development of the Latvian pension system based on the example of the Swedish pension system. The Bachelor Thesis consists of three chapters. The first chapter deals with the theory of the history of social insurance and the development of pension systems. The second chapter deals with Swedish and Latvian social insurance systems and policies. The third chapter examines the pension systems of both countries and provides a detailed comparative analysis. The paper concludes that the Latvian pension system has potential for further development based on examples of good practice in the Swedish pension system. The work consists of 66 pages, 6 pictures and 9 tables.
