Abstract

Maģistra darba temats: Bulings Latvijas skolās un darba mērķis ir analizēt bulinga izplatību Latvijas skolās un izstrādāt ieteikumus tā mazināšanai Pētījuma mērķis ir noteikt, vai skolā ir sastopams bulings un kādi ir iemesli, cēloņi šādām attiecībām. Teorētiskajā pētījumā tika analizēta bulings, tā sekas un ietekme uz skolēnu. Skaidrots jēdziens: bulings. Empīriskajā pētījumā autore aptaujājusi 119 respondentus un 331 izglītības iestādes ar mērķi apzināt bulinga sastopamību Latvijas izglītības iestādēs. Ceturtajā nodaļā ir izstrādāti ieteikumi bulinga novēršanai. Tiek secināts, ka bulinga izplatība Latvijas skolēnu un skolotāju vidū pastāv. Ja bulinga izplatībai izglītības iestādē netiks pievērsta uzmanība, tad sekas var būt graujošas un postošas ikvienai personībai. Katrā izglītības iestādē jābūt izstrādātam konkrētam rīcības plānam, kā rīkoties, ja skolā notikusi vardarbība, turklāt nepieciešama regulāra anketēšana vai cita veida skolēnu un skolotāju aptaujāšana, lai laicīgi pamanītu bulingu. Rīcības plāni varētu palīdzēt gan skolēniem, gan skolotājiem, gan klases audzinātājiem, gan atbalsta personālam un vecākiem, lai risinātu situāciju vai situācijas. The theme of the Master’s Thesis: Bullying in the Schools of Latvia. The aim of the Master’s work is to analyse distribution of bullying in the schools of Latvia and work out recommendations for its reduction. The aim of the research is to determine whether bullying is widespread at schools and find out the causes of such kind of relationships. The essence and structure of bullying have been analysed in the theoretical part researching its influence on students as well as consequences. The concept of bullying has been clarified. The empirical study contains the description of methods used in the research. The author has interviewed 119 respondents and 331 educational establishments with the aim of identifying the incidence of bullying in Latvian educational institutions. The fourth chapter is devoted to recommendations as regards prevention of bullying. The author has come to conclusion that bullying among Latvian pupils and teachers exists. If the problem of bullying is neglected in the educational institution, the consequences can be destructive and devastating to any personality. Therefore there must be a specific action plan for dealing with violence at school and there is a need for regular questionnaires to spot bullying in a timely manner. The action plans could help not only pupils and teachers, but also classroom educators, support staff and parents to address such situation or situations. The Master’s Thesis consists of 86 pages, including 3 charts, 6 pictures, 4 annexes and there are references to 118 bibliography sources.
