SIA “Lattelecom”konkurētspēja un to ietekmējošie faktori.

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba temats ir “ SIA Lattelecom konkurētspēja un to ietekmējošie faktori” un tā mērķis ir iepazīties ar komercdarbības organizāciju SIA “ Lattelecom” un veikt uzņēmuma konkurētspējas novērtējumu, kā arī izdarīt secinājumus par iegūtajiem rezultātiem un sniegt priekšlikumus konkurētspējas uzlabošanai, un tirgus pozīciju stiprināšanai. Mērķa sasniegšanai izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: •Veikt literatūras analīzi par terminu “konkurence” un “konkurētspēja ”pamatprincipiem, šo terminu satura un būtības izpratne. •Raksturot Lattelecom vispārējo un specifisko darbību. •Izvērtēt Lattelecom konkurētspēju un sagatavot priekšlikumus uzņēmuma konkurētspējas paaugstināšanai. Darbs sadalīts 4 galvenajās nodaļās, no kurām pirmajā nodaļā raksturota konkurences un konkurētspējas būtība. Darba otrajā nodaļā konstatēta konkurences intensitāte un dinamika telekomunikācijas nozarē Latvijā un veikta uzņēmuma konkurentu analīze, kā rezultātā noskaidrotas Lattelecom tirgus pozīcijas, konkurentu priekšrocības un trūkumi. Trešajā darba nodaļā sniegts vispārīgs Lattelecom raksturojums, tās piedāvātie telekomunikāciju un informācijas tehnoloģiju pakalpojumi. Kvalifikācijas darba pēdējā nodaļā autore definē konkurences ietekmējošos faktorus, šim nolūkam izmantota SVID analīze, pielietots M. Portera modelis. Apkopojot izmantoto metožu rezultātus, esmu sniegusi savu redzējumu par iespējām un nepieciešamajām veicamajām darbībām Lattelecom konkurētspējas rādītāju uzlabošanai. Darba apjoms ir 48 lapas. Tas satur 13 attēlus, 6 tabulas, literatūras sarakstā ievietoti 28 literatūras avoti un interneta resursi. Kvalifikācijas darba būtību raksturo atslēgvārdi: konkurētspēja, komunikācijas un informācijas tehnoloģiju nozare.

The Thesis is titled “ Competitiveness of SIA Lattelecom competitiveness and what factors it depends on”. The author analyses the commercial activites of Lattelecom and determines the current level of competitiveness of the company. The analysis results are then used to draw conclusions and suggest measures for improving the competitive of Lattelecom and strengthening its position in the industry. Specifically, the following taska were performed: Academic analysis of the terms “ competition” and “competitiveness”, ther respective meaning and perception; Characterizing the core business of Lattelecom; Determining the major driving forces behind the competition in the Latvian telecom industry; Estimating the level of competitiveness of Lattelecom; Prepering suggestions for improving the level of competitiveness. The thesis comprises four major parts. The first part offers characterization of the terms “ competition” and “ competitiveness”. The second part describes the dynamics and intensity of the competition in the Latvian telecom sector, including analysis of Lattelecom’s competitors, their strenghs and weaknesses, and shows the position of Lattelecom in the tekecom industry. The third part informs of the current business of Lattelecom and what services the company provides. The fourh part the SWOT analysis and the Porter model of competition forces. In conclusion, the author summarizes her findings and suggests possible actions in order to improve the competitive level of SIA Lattelecom. The thesis covers 48 pages, including 13 pictures and 6 tables. The total number of 28 traditionally prined and Internet sources have been used.
