Promocijas darbā piedāvāta jauna programmatūras būves tehnoloģija, kas ļauj programmatūru izstrādāt tā, ka tā patstāvīgi var pārbaudīt savu “dzīvotspēju” dotajā izpildes vidē. Šim mērķim programmatūra tiek papildināta ar izpildes profilu – prasību sarakstu, kam adekvātā vidē jābūt spēkā. Reālās situācijas atbilstība prasībām tiek pārbaudīta ar pilnībā automatizētiem rīkiem, vadoties pēc izpildes profilā minētajām prasībām. Atšķirībā no citām metodēm, šī tehnoloģija neprasa pārbaudes algoritmus iebūvēt izpildāmās programmatūras kodā, tādēļ pārbaužu saraksts maināms jebkurā dzīves cikla posmā. Piedāvātā tehnoloģija pārbaudīta praksē, sasniegtie rezultāti apliecina tās dzīvotspēju. A new software construction technology is proposed in the promotion thesis, which allows to build such software, which can independently validate its “livability” at a certain execution environment. To do so, software is supplemented by an execution profile – list of requirements which must hold in adequate environment. Conformity of real situation to the requirements is checked using fully automated tools, checks are guided by the requirements listed in the document. Unlike other methods, this technology does not ask for encoding check algorithms into code, therefore the list of requirements can be changed at any phase of life cycle. The proposed technology has been approbated in practice and the achieved results demonstrate its viability.
