Pedagoģiskā personāla novērtēšanas sistēmas pilnveide Rīgas X vidusskolā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba autore ir Irina Mičiūniene, darba tēma “Pedagoģiskā personāla novērtēšanas sistēmas pilnveide Rīgas X vidusskolā”. Bakalaura darba apjoms ir 61 lappuses, darbā iekļauti 13 attēli, 2 pielikumi un izmantoti 36 literatūras avoti. Bakalaura darba mērķis: izzināt pedagoģiskā personāla novērtēšanas sistēmas pilnveides iespējas Rīgas X vidusskolā. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, autore teorētiski analizēja personāla novērtēšanas sistēmas konceptus zinātniskajā literatūrā, publikācijās un tiesisko regulējumu. Autore apzināja un raksturoja pedagoģiskā personāla profesionālās darbības vērtēšanas kritērijus un rādītājus, kā arī pedagoģiskā personāla profesionālās darbības un atbilstības pedagoga amatam nozīmīgumu izglītības iestādes darbības nodrošināšanā. Veicot empīrisko pētījumu autore izzināja pedagoģiskā personāla profesionālās darbības novērtēšanas sistēmas pilnveides iespējas Rīgas X vidusskolā, raksturojot skolā praktizējošo personāla novērtēšanas modeli un analizējot pedagogu viedokli par esošās personāla novērtēšanas sistēmas stiprajām un vājajām pusēm. Pētījuma noslēgumā ir izstrādāti secinājumi un ieteikumi pedagoģiskā personāla novērtēšanas sistēmas pilnveidei. Pētījuma sākumā izvirzītā hipotēze: pedagoģiskā personāla novērtēšanas sistēma tiks ieviesta un funkcionēs sekmīgi, ja: •skolas vadība rosinās ikviena pedagoga profesionālo un personīgo izaugsmi; •skolas vadība veiks izglītojoši/informatīvu darbu ar pedagogiem par novērtēšanas sistēmas rezultātu saistību ar atalgojumu, apmācību un karjeras izaugsmi skolā, ir apstiprinājusies.

The author of the Bachelor’s Paper is Irina Mičūniene. The topic is “Improvement of the Pedagogical Staff Assessment System at Riga Secondary School Nr.X”. The volume of this bachelor’s paper is 61 pages. It includes 13 images, 2 attachments and used 36 literature sources. The goal of the bachelor’s paper: to investigate the possibilities how to improve the teachers’ assessment system at Riga Secondary School Nr.X. In oder to achieve the goal, the author theoretically analyzed the conceptions of the staff assessment system in scientific literature, publications and legal regulations. The author analyzed and described the criteria for assessing the professional work of pedagogical staff and the indicators, as well as the pedagogical personality’s professional activities and the relevance of the position of the pedagogue to the ensuring of the educational institutions’s work. Through the empirical research, the author explored the possibilities to improve the pedagogical staff professional developement in Riga X Secondary School, describing the assassement model of the staff practicing at school and analyzing the teachers’ opinion about the existing staff assessment system. At the end of the research there were the conlusions and recommendations made in order to improve the pedagogical staff assessment system. The hypothesis raised at the beginning of the study: The system for the assessment of pedagogical staff will be implemented and function successfully if: • School management will stimulate the professional and personal growth of each teacher; • The school management will conduct educational / informational work with educators on the association of the results of the evaluation system with pay, training and career development in the school; has been confirmed.
