Aprūpe pacientiem ar kardiogēnu šoku

Abstract

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt kardiogēna šoka pacientu aprūpi. Lai sasniegtu mērķi, autore veica pētījumu izmantojot kvantitatīvā pētījuma metodi. Pirmajā nodaļā autore teorētiski analizēja kardiogēna šoka simptomus, pacientu aprūpes procesu un raksturoja māszinību teoriju pieeju pacientu ar kardiogēnu šoku aprūpē; Otrajā bakalaura darba nodaļā autore pētīja un analizēja pacientu ar kardiogēnu šoku aprūpes pilnveides iespējas veicot x slimnīcas kardioloģijas nodaļas IT māsu aptauju un māsu, kas ikdienā aprūpē kardioloģijas pacientus anketēšanu. Pētījuma rezultāti tika atspoguļoti un analizēti salīdzinošā griezumā, tādējādi noskaidrojot, ka nepieciešams izstrādāt priekšlikumus jeb informatīvo materiālu pacientu ar kardiogēnu šoku aprūpes procesa pilnveidei. Pētījuma noslēgumā ir izstrādāti secinājumi un priekšlikumi. Bakalaura darba teorētiskais un empīriskais pētījums ir praktiski izmantojams māsu profesionālās darbības pilnveidei.

The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study the care of cardiogenic shock patients. To achieve the goal, the author conducted a study using the quantitative research method. In the first chapter, the author theoretically analyzed the symptoms of cardiogenic shock, the patient care process, and described the approach of nursing theory in the care of patients with cardiogenic shock. In the second section of the bachelor's work, the author studied and analyzed the possibilities of improving the care of patients with cardiogenic shock by conducting a survey of nurses at the hospital's cardiology department and nurses caring for cardiology patients on a daily basis. The results of the study were presented and analyzed comparatively, thus finding out the need to develop suggestions or informative material for the improvement of patients with cardiogenic shock care process. The study concludes with conclusions and suggestions. The theoretical and empirical research of the bachelor's thesis is practically used for the improvement of the professional activities of nurses.
