Māsas rīcība spriedzes mazināšanā pusaudžiem ar psihiskiem un uzvedības traucējumiem psihoneiroloģiskajā stacionārā

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma “Māsas rīcība spriedzes mazināšanā pusaudžiem ar psihiskiem un uzvedības traucējumiem psihoneiroloģiskajā stacionārā” izvēlēta, jo aktualizējies jautājums par māsas rīcību gadījumos, kad spriedzes dēļ pacienti ar psihiskām saslimšanām apdraud gan sevi, gan apkārtējos cilvēkus. Darba mērķis un pētījuma jautājums ir izzināt, kāda ir māsas rīcība spriedzes mazināšanā pusaudžiem ar psihiskiem un uzvedības traucējumiem psihoneiroloģiskajā stacionārā. Pētniecības instruments: Intervijas jautājumi. Pētniecības metode: Neeksperimentāls kvalitatīvs aprakstošais pētījums. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka māsas rīcība spriedzes mazināšanā pamatā balstās uz pacientu novērošanu, konfliktu risināšanu, komunikāciju ar pacientiem un uztraucošo faktoru izslēgšanu.

The theme of the Bachelor's Paper "Nurses’ Actions to Reduce Tension in Adolescents with Mental and Behavioral Disorders in Psycho-Neurological Hospital" was chosen as the issue of the behavior of nurses and the measures that they are taken in cases when due to stress and strain patients with mental disorders endanger both themselves and the people around them has become urgent. The purpose of the work and the research question were set to find out what nurses’ actions to reduce tension in adolescents with mental and behavioral disorders in psycho-neurological hospital are supposed to be. Research tool: Interview questionnaire. Research method: Non-experimental qualitative descriptive study. The results of the study show that nurses’ actions to reduce tension in adolescents with mental and behavioral disorders in psycho-neurological hospital are to be based on the observation of patients, resolution of conflicts, communication with patients, and the exclusion of worrying factors.
