Diplomdarba tēma – “Uzņēmuma SIA “ZK 9” finansiālā stāvokļa analīze un novērtējums”. Darba mērķis ir, – uz teorētisko un praktisko materiālu pamata veikt uzņēmuma SIA “ZK 9” finanšu analīzi, salīdzināt iegūtos rezultātus ar auto remonta un apkopes nozares rādītājiem, veikt secinājumus un izstrādāt priekšlikumus finansiālā stāvokļa uzlabošanai, kā arī novērtēt turpmākās attīstības iespējas. Diplomdarbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā daļā veikts finanšu analīzes teorijas apkopojums. Otrajā daļā raksturota uzņēmuma SIA “ZK 9” saimnieciskā darbība, veikta finanšu rādītāju analīze par periodu no 2015. – 2017.g. Trešajā daļā veikts finanšu rādītāju salīdzinājums ar Auto remonta un apkopes nozares vidējiem rādītājiem Latvijā. Pētījuma noslēgumā veikti secinājumi, izstrādāti vairāki priekšlikumi. Diploma thesis topic – “Analysis and assessment of the financial situation of company SIA “ZK 9” ”. The purpose of this paper is to accomplish the financial analysis of the company's SIA “ZK 9”, on the basis of theoretical and practical materials, by comparing the results obtained with those of the auto repair and maintenence sector, to draw conclusions and develop proposals to improve the financial situation, as well as assess future development opportunities. Diploma thesis consists of 3 chapters. The first part provides an insight into the summary of the theoretical basis for financial analysis. The second chapter describes the economic activity of the company “ZK 9” and analyses its financial ratios for the period from year 2015 to 2017. The third chapter compares the company's financial ratios to the average of the Auto repair and maintenance industry in Latvia.
