Bakalaura darba tēma ir ´´Izlīguma tiesiskās sekas tiesvedībā´´. Likumdevējs izlīgumam nav paredzējis vienas konkrētas sekas, kuras noteiktu kāds lēmums izlīguma gadījumā tiesai būtu jāpieņem. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir analizēt izlīguma tiesiskās sekas kriminālprocesā tiesvedības gaitā. Savā darbā autore sniedz iespējamo likuma grozījumu, lai rosinātu vienveidīgu un precīzāku izpratni par izlīguma jēdzienu. Darba apjoma dēļ autore darbā aplūko un analizē izlīguma institūtu tiesvedības stadijā. Autore, veicot savus darba pienākumus Zemgales rajona tiesā, ikdienā saskaras ar izlīguma noslēgšanu kriminālprocesā tiesvedības stadijā. The legislator has not intended any consequences for conciliation that would determine what decision should be accepted by the court. Goal of this Bachelors thesis is to analyse legal consequences for conciliation in the course of legal proceedings of criminal procedures. The author in their work provides possible amendment of the law, to encourage uniform and accurate understanding about the concept on conciliation. Due to the amount of workload, the author views and analyses the conciliation institute at the trial stage. The author, while performing her daily duties in the regional court of Zemgale, is facing the conclusion of conciliation in the course of legal proceedings of criminal procedures.
