Studentu uzņēmības veicināšana studiju procesā

Abstract

Promocijas darba mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmības būtību un tās pedagoăisko izpratni, izstrādāt un aprobēt studentu uzņēmības veicināšanas mācīšanās modeli studiju procesā augstskolā. Uzņēmības būtības atklāšanai izmantoti uzņēmējdarbības un uzņēmējspējas pētījumi ar tālāku to konteksta paplašināšanu no ekonomiskās uz visām cilvēka aktivitāšu sfērām. Parādīts, ka uzņēmība ir dinamiska sistēma, kas jāaplūko un jāattīsta holistiski. Noteicot uzņēmības struktūru un tās komponentu cēloļsakarīgās saites, izstrādāts "Holistiskais uzņēmības strukturālais funkcionālais modelis". Parādīts, ka studentu uzņēmību var veicināt, ja studiju process tiek organizēts kā uzņēmējdarbības process, kurā studenti mācās darot, reflektējot un balstoties uz savu pieredzi, kā arī izmantojot savas zināšanas reālās dzīves problēmu risināšanai un jaunu vērtību radīšanai.The aim of the PhD research is to study the matter of enterprise and develop its pedagogical conception, elaborate and test students' enterprise promoting learning model in study process. Researches in entrepreneurship were used to study enterprise provided that the context was further expanded from economy to all spheres of individual's activities. It was shown that enterprise is a dynamic system to be treated and developed holistically. Having determined the components of enterprise and causal relations among them "Holistic structural–functional model of enterprise" was elaborated. In order to promote students' enterprise, studies should be organised like entrepreneurship process in which students learn by doing, reflecting, based on their experience by using their knowledge for solving real life problems and creating new values.
