Emocionālā intelekta un izdegšanas sindroma saistība tiesībsargājošo iestāžu darbiniekiem Latvijā

Abstract

Dotā pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidot, vai pastāv saistība starp emocionālo intelektu un izdegšanas sindromu tiesībsargājošo iestāžu darbiniekiem Latvijā. Pētījumā piedalījās 100 tiesībsargājošo iestāžu darbinieki vecumā no 20 līdz 58 gadiem; 17% sievietes un 83% vīrieši. Pētījumā tika pielietotas trīs aptaujas: a) Sociāldemogrāfiskā anketa; b) Emocionālā intelekta aptauja (The self-Report Emotional Intelligence Test, SREIT, Schutte et al., 1998, kā minēts Schutte, Malouff, & Bhullar, 2009), Lavijā adaptēja V. Reņģe un J. Ņižņika 2012; c) Maslačas izdegšanas aptauja, Vispārīgā aptauja (Maslach Burnout Inventory – General Survey, MBI-GS, Mslach, Jacson, & Leiter, 1998), Latvijā adaptēja D. Caune, 2004. Pētījuma rezultāti parāda, ka eksistē statistiski nozīmīga sakarība starp emocionālo intelektu un izdegšanas sindromu tiesībsargājošo iestāžu darbiniekiem Latvijā. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between the emotional intelligence and the burnout syndrome for law enforcement officers of Latvia. The study was attended by 100 police officers aged 20 to 58; 17% women and 83% men. Three questionnaires were used in this work: a) Socio-demographic questionnaire; b) The self-Report Emotional Intelligence Test, SREIT, Schutte et al., 1998 (Schutte, Malouff, & Bhullar, 2009), adapted by V. Renge un J. Niznika, 2012; (c) Maslach Burnout Inventory – General Survey, MBI-GS, Mslach, Jacson, & Leiter, 1998), adapted by D. Caune, 2004. The results of the research show that there is a statistical significance relationship between emotional intelligence and burnout syndrome for law enforcement officers of Latvia.
