Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot vai pastāv izdegšanas un stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju rādītāju statistiski nozīmīga saistība strādājošu un nestrādājošu studentu grupās. Pētījumā piedalījās 100 respondenti (N=100), vecumā no 17 līdz 55 gadiem, no tiem 60 sievietes un 40 vīrieši. Pētījuma gaitā, respondenti tika iedalīti 2 grupās (katrā grupā 50 respondenti). 50 respondenti, kuri tikai studē un 50 respondenti, kuri studē un strādā. Kā mērinstrumenti tikai izmantota akadēmiskās izdegšanas aptauja studentiem un stresa pārvarēšanas stratēģiju aptauja. Respondentiem tika lūgts aizpildīt aptauju elektroniski. Dalībnieki tika izvēlēti pēc pieejamības principa. Pētījuma rezultāti norāda, ka konstatētas statistiski nozīmīgas sakarības Uz problēmu orientētas stratēģijas skalai ar Profesionālās efektivitātes skalu, Cinisma skalu un Izsīkuma skalu. Konstatētas statistiski nozīmīgas sakarības Uz emocijām orientētas stratēģijas skalai ar Cinisma skalu un Izsīkuma skalu. The aim of the study was to find out whether there are statistically significant correlations between burnout and stress management strategies among working and non-working students. 100 respondents (N = 100) participated in the study, aged 17 to 55, of whom 60 were women and 40 were men. In the course of the research, respondents were divided into 2 groups (50 respondents per group). 50 respondents that study and 50 respondents that study and work. As a gauge, only the academic burnout survey for students and the stress management strategy survey were used. Respondents were asked to fill in the questionnaire electronically. Participants were selected on the basis of availability. The results of the study indicate that statistically significant correlations were found between Problem-Oriented Strategies and Professional Efficiency Scale, Cynicism Scale, and Exhaustion Scale. Statistically significant correlations were found between Emotionally oriented strategies and the Cynicism Scale and Exhaustion Scale.
