Personas datu aizsardzība speciālās izglītības skolotāja un logopēda darbā

Pētāmā problēma ir aktuāla, jo Latvijā un 30 citās Eiropas Ekonomiskās zonas valstīs no 2018. gada 25. maija tiek piemērota Vispārīgā datu aizsardzības regula. Pētījuma mērķis ir teorētiski izzināt, kādas personas datu aizsardzības prasības ir jāievēro saistībā ar speciālās izglītības skolotāja un logopēda darbu; praktiski pētīt, vai speciālās izglītības skolotāji un logopēdi ir par tām informēti un gatavi tās ievērot; kā arī sniegt savus secinājumus un ieteikumus. Darba pirmā nodaļa veltīta ieskatam personas datu aizsardzības jēdziena attīstībā un tā piemērošanas izglītībā analīzei. Otrā nodaļa pēta nepieciešamās izmaiņas darba organizācijā un salīdzina tās ar ārzemju pieredzi. Trešajā nodaļā aprakstīts autores pašas veiktais pētījums, kas ietvēra anketēšanu. The problem addressed in the diploma paper is a current issue because the General Data Protection Regulation is applied from May 25, 2018 in Latvia and in 30 other countries of the European Economic Area. The aim of this study is to theoretically determine what data protection requirements should be observed in relation to the work of a special education teacher and speech therapist; to study in practice whether special education teachers and speech therapists are aware of them and are ready to adhere to them; as well as give its conclusions and recommendations. The first chapter of the paper focuses on an overview of the concept of the protection of personal data, and analysis of its application in education. The second chapter examines the necessary changes in the organization of work and compares them with foreign experience. The third chapter describes the author's own research involving a questionnaire.
