Demokrātiska skolas vadīšana

Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma “Skolas demokrātiskā vadīšana” mūsdienās ir aktuāla un maz pētīta. Demokrātiskām praksēm izglītības iestādes vadīšanā ir globāla nozīme — piemērojot tas būs iespējamā pariešanā no veca izglītības kvalitātes standarta uz jauno, kurš tiek reglamentēts visā Eiropas Savienības mērogā. Maģistra darba mērķis - demokrātiskās izglītības principu un to metožu ieviešanas kompleksa izpēte Latvijas vispārizglītojošajā sistēmā, salīdzinot ar ārzemju pieredzi. Pamatojoties uz veikto pētījumu, raksturot demokrātiskas izglītības un izglītības iestāžu vadīšanas pazīmes un piedāvāt iespējamos priekšlikumus. Pētījumi par šo tēmu balstās uz rietumu autoru darbiem, kuri ir veltīti sabiedrības izglītības un demokratizācijas problēmām. Tā kā mūsu gadsimtā tēma kļuvusi praktiskākā, tad tās pētīšana arī ir neatdalāma no reālās skolu prakses darbu analīzes. Darbā tiks izmantotas tādas metodes kā salīdzinošā analīzes metode, statistiskās analīzes metode, veikta aptauja un tās analīze, tiks aprakstīti ievesto eksperimentālās pasniegšanas modeļu (viena mācību gada garumā) pieredze un veikts to rezultātu apkopojums. Darba gaitā tika izvirzīta hipotēze “demokrātiskās izglītības sistēmas pielietošana skolēnos veido patstāvīgu un pašpieticīgu personību, attīsta patstāvību, apgūstot aktuālās kompetences, veido vienlīdzīgus un taisnīgus sabiedrības principu pamatus” un tika pieradīta, un pamatojoties uz veikto pētījumu tika izstrādātā izglītības iestādes demokratizācijas piramīda. The theme of the master’s Thesis "School Democratic Management" is actual and not well-studied yet. Democratic practices in the management of educational institutions have global role — applying of them will make possible to move from an old education quality standard to a new one, which is regulated throughout the whole European Union. The aim of the master’s thesis - complex study of the principles of democratic education and its implementation methods in Latvian Educational system, comparing with another countries experience. In accordance with study, describe the characteristics of democratic education and educational institutions management and offer possible proposals. Research on this topic are based on Western writers’ works devoted to the problems of public education and democratization of society. Since the topic has become more practical in our century, its research is also inseparable from the existing schools’ practical efforts analysis. Author will use such methods as comparative analysis, statistical analysis, survey and its analysis, also the experience of implemented experimental teaching model (during one school year) will be described with its summarized results. In the given master’s thesis has been formed following hypothesis: implementation of democratic educational system forms an independent and self-sufficient person, develops independence acquiring actual skills and competences, lays the groundwork of the principles of an equal and fair society from childhood. It was proved and according to made research was developed pyramid of school democratization.
