Abstract

Darba nosaukums – „Vadītāja loma pedagogu motivēšanā dažāda veida pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs”. Maģistra darba autore ir Santa Gerega, darba vadītāja ir Dr.sc.adminstr. Mg.psych. Signe Enkuzena. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt vadītāja lomu pedagogu motivācijā teorētiskajā aspektā, veikt empīrisko pētījumu un noskaidrot galvenos darbinieku motivāciju veidojošos faktorus, kā arī apkopot veiksmīgākos pedagogu motivēšanas instrumentus. Maģistra darba uzdevumi ir analizēt zinātnisko un lietišķo literatūru par pedagogu motivāciju, tās būtību, nozīmi un veidiem, lai piedāvātu pirmsskolas izglītības iestāžu vadītājiem iespējamās motivēšanas metodes pedagogu motivācijas paaugstināšanai. Darba pētnieciskajā daļa tiek veikts praktisks pētījums, kurā viena novada trīs dažādās pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs tiek aptaujāti vadītāji un pedagogi par vadības stilu un pedagoģiskā personāla apmierinātības līmeni, analizētas sakarības starp vadības stilu un pedagoģiskā personāla motivācijas līmeni. Darba rezultātu analīze parāda, ka pastāv saistība starp vadītāja līderības stila faktoriem un darbinieku apmierinātību ar darbu. Maģistra darbā izmantoti literatūras avoti pedagoģijā, psiholoģijā un vadībzinātnē, kopā 53 literatūras avots, no tiem 27 svešvalodās. Maģistra darba apjoms 70. lappuses. The title of the thesis is “The role of the principal in motivating teachers in different kinds of preschool educational institutions”. The author of the Master's thesis is Santa Gerega, the supervisor is Dr.sc.adminstr. Mg.psych. Signe Enkuzena. The aim of this Master's thesis is to investigate the role of the principal in the motivation of teachers from the theoretical aspect, to do empirical research and to find out the main factors that motivate employees, as well as to summarize the most successful tools for motivating teachers. The tasks of the Master's thesis are to analyze scientific and applied literature on the subject of motivation of teachers, its essence, significance in order to offer preschool education institution managers the possible motivation methods for increasing the motivation of the teachers. In the research part, a practical study is conducted in three different pre-school educational institutions of one county, in which principals and teachers are surveyed on the leadership style and level of satisfaction of the pedagogical staff. Analysis of the results of the practical study shows that there is a link between principal’s leadership style factors and employee satisfaction with work. The thesis uses literature in pedagogy, psychology and management, a total of 53 sources of literature, including 27 in foreign languages. The volume of this Master Thesis is 70 pages.
