Abstract

Maģistra darba temats ir pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes kultūra-iekšējās komunikācijas efektivitātes veicinātājs. Pētījuma mērķis ir pamatojoties uz zinātniskās literatūras un pirmsskolas izglītības iestādēs izpētīto iekšējo komunikāciju un kultūru, izstrādāt priekšlikumus iekšējās komunikācijas un organizācijas kultūras uzlabošanai. Mērķa sasniegšanai tiek izvirzīti vairāki uzdevumi- analizēt organizācijas psihologu un zinātnieku atziņas par organizācijas kultūru un iekšējo komunikāciju, raksturot pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes kultūru un iekšējo komunikāciju, izstrādāt un aprobēt paņēmienus organizācijas kultūras un iekšējās komunikācijas uzlabošanai, izstrādāt ieteikumus pirmsskolas izglītības iestādes vadītājam organizācijas kultūras un iekšējās komunikācijas uzlabošanai. Darba teorētiskajā daļā analizētas teorijas un pētījumi par organizācijas kultūras un iekšējās komunikācijas saistību organizācijās; kā arī par komunikācijas nozīmi organizācijas kultūras tipos, balstoties uz K. Kamerona un R. Kvinna teoriju. Praktiskajā pētījumā sniegts praksē pētīto pirmsskolas izglītības iestāžu raksturojums. Darba empīriskajā daļā, apkopoti darbinieku anketēšanas rezultāti, lai izvērtētu iekšējo komunikāciju organizācijās.

The topic of the Master’s thesis is the Culture of the Pre-School Educational Institution - the Promoter of the Efficiency of the Internal Communication. The objective of this research is to develop proposals for the improvement of the internal communication and organizational culture based on internal communication and culture studied in the scientific literature and pre-school education institutions. Several tasks have been set in order to achieve the objective - to analyze the conclusions of the organization's psychologists and scientists about the culture and internal communication in the organization, to describe the culture and internal communication of the pre-school educational institutions, to develop recommendations to the head of the pre-school educational institution for the improvement of the culture and internal communication of the organization. In the theoretical part of the thesis, the author of the Master’s thesis has analyzed the conclusions of the psychologists and scientists of the organization and the descriptions of the research about the cultural and internal communication relations in the organization; as well as has described the importance of the communication by the culture types of the organization and has analyzed the division of the culture types according to K. Cameron and R. Quinn. In the practical part of the research, the author of the Master’s thesis has provided the description of the pre-school educational institutions under study and has interviewed the employees of the organizations, as well as has developed the internal communication evaluation criteria by summarizing the results for the evaluation of the internal communication in the organizations.
