Maģistra darba tēma ir “Šaubīgo debitoru parādu vadības uzlabošana korporācijā Tieto”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir izpētīt kredītpolitikas raksturojumu informācijas tehnoloģiju uzņēmumos Tieto un noteikt riska faktorus, kā arī identificēt un piedāvāt iespējamos uzlabojumus šaubīgo debitoru parādu vadībā, balstoties uz izdarītajiem secinājumiem. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām un 11 apakšnodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā ir raksturoti debitoru parādi un kredītpolitika. Otrajā nodaļā tiek sniegts Tieto korporācijas darbības raksturojums, un tā vieta informācijas tehnoloģiju nozarē. Darba trešajā daļā ir aprakstīta Tieto kredītpolitika un ieteikumi tās uzlabošanai. Darbā aprakstītais periods ir no 2015.gada līdz 2017.gadam. Maģistra darba apjoms ir 87 lappuses bez pielikumiem, kurās iekļautas 9 tabulas un 21 attēli, kā arī 4 pielikumi. The title of the Master’s thesis is “Doubtful receivables management improvement in Tieto corporation.” The purpose of Master’s diploma is to explore the description of credit policy in information technology companies Tieto, identify the risk factors and offer possible improvements in the management of doubtful receivables based on conclusions made. The Master's thesis consists of 3 sections and 11 subsections. The first chapter of the thesis describes the receivables and credit policy. The second chapter provides a description of Tieto Corporation and information technology industry. The third chapter of the thesis describes the credit policy of Tieto Corporation, and recommendations to improve it. The thesis is for the period from 2015 to 2017. The Master's thesis consists of 87 pages including 9 tables, 21 images and 4 additions.
