Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Personāla motivācija uzņēmumā “Rīgas Austrumu klīniskās universitātes slimnīca””. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt uzņēmuma “Rīgas Austrumu klīniskās universitātes slimnīcas” darbinieku motivāciju un, pamatojoties uz darbinieku veiktās aptaujas rezultātiem, izstrādāt priekšlikumus, kas uzlabotu darbinieku motivāciju uzņēmumā. Darbā pirmajā nodaļā ir izskaidrota motivācijas būtība un apkopotas, izanalizētas dažādu autoru motivēšanas teorijas. Otrajā nodaļā ir apskatīti motivēšanas faktori, Latvijā veiktie pētījumi par darbinieku motivāciju un statistikas dati, aplūkotas dažādas paaudzes un to motivējošie faktori. Trešajā nodaļā ir izpētīta un izanalizēta uzņēmuma “Rīgas Austrumu klīniskā universitātes” darbinieku motivēšanas sistēma, un sniegti priekšlikumi darbinieku motivācijas pilnveidošanai. The theme of the Bachelor’s thesis is Personnel motivation in organization “Riga Eastern Clinical University Hospital”. The aim of the Bachelor's thesis is to investigate the motivation of the employees of the company “Riga Eastern Clinical University Hospital” and, on the basis of the results of the employee survey, to develop proposals that would improve employee motivation in the company. The first chapter of the thesis explains the essence of motivation and summarizes the motivation theories of different authors. The second chapter views with motivating factors, studies carried out in Latvia on the motivation of employees and statistics, examines different generations and motivating factors. The third chapter examines and analyses the system for motivating employees of the company “Riga Eastern Clinical University Hospital” and makes proposals to improve the motivation of employees.
