Maģistra darba nosaukums „ Vadīšanas stili un psiholoģiskā labsajūta militārā vidē”. Maģistra darba mērķis ir pētīt vadīšanas stilus un psiholoģisko labsajūtu teorijas militāras vides kontekstā, lai noteiktu kadetu kursa priekšnieku ietekmi uz kadetiem un izstrādātu priekšlikumus to pilnveidošanai NAA studiju procesā, lai paaugstinātu mācību kvalitāti. Maģistra darba rezultātā secināts, ka vadīšanas stils ietekmē stresa līmeni un motivācijas faktorus. Pirmajā nodaļā aprakstīta NAA un NBS galvenās funkcijas un misija, kā arī aprakstīta kadetu apmācības specifika NAA. Otrajā nodaļā tika analizēti vadīšanas stili un psiholoģiskā labsajūta militārā vidē. Maģistra darba trešajā nodaļā tika pētīti kadetu kursa priekšnieku vadīšanas stili, kadetu stresa līmenis un kadetu apmierinātība ar mācībām. Darba beigās apkopoti secinājumi un sniegti priekšlikumi. Pētījumā tika izmantotas trīs anketas – Blankharda vadības stilu, uztvertā stresa un motivācijas anketas. Darba noslēgumā tiek sniegtas atbildes uz pētījumā izvirzītajām hipotēzēm un jautājumiem. Maģistra darba kopējais apjoms ir 92 lappaspuses. Darbā ir 41 attēli, 11 tabulas un 3 pielikumi. Literatūras saraksts sastāv no 70 avotiem. Master's Thesis “Leadership styles and psychological well-being in a military environment”. The aim of the Master's thesis is to study management styles and theories of psychological well-being in the context of military environment, to determine the influence of cadet chiefs on cadets and to develop proposals for their improvement in the NDA study process in order to increase the quality of teaching. As a result of the Master's thesis it is concluded that the style of management influences the level of stress and motivation factors. The first chapter describes the main functions and mission of NAA and NAF, as well as describes the specificity of cadet training in NAA. The second chapter analyzed management styles and psychological well-being in a military environment. The third chapter of the Master's thesis examined the management styles of cadets, cadet stress and cadet satisfaction with learning. At the end of the paper, conclusions and suggestions are summarized. Three questionnaires - Blankhard's management style, perceived stress and motivational questionnaires - were used in the study. The thesis concludes with answers to the hypotheses and questions raised in the research. The total volume of Master's thesis is 92 pages. The work consists of 41 pictures, 11 tables and 3 attachments. The list of literature consists of 70 sources.
