Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir “Procesu vadība un izmaksu kontrole pilna servisa līzinga uzņēmumā”. Darba pētījums ir par procesu vadību un izmaksu kontroli pilna servisa līzinga uzņēmumā SIA “ALD Automotive”. Bakalaura darba mērķis ir izpētīt procesu vadību un izmaksu kontroli pilna servisa līzinga uzņēmumā SIA “ALD Automotive” un uz tā pamata sniegt priekšlikumus uzņēmuma procesu vadības un izmaksu kontroles uzlabošanai. Darba nobeigumā apkopota pētītā informācija un izdarīti secinājumi, kas noved pie atziņas, ka pētāmā uzņēmuma procesu vadība un izmaksu kontrole notiek efektīvi saskaņā ar noteiktām procedūrām un ir nepieciešami tikai nelieli procesu uzlaboju, lai paaugstinātu efektivitāti. Darba apjoms ir 65 lapaspuses, tas satur 4 tabulas, 13 attēlus un 1 pielikumu. Darba ietvaros izmantots 37 literatūras avoti. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is “Process management and cost control in a full-service leasing company”. The research is about process management and cost control in full service leasing company “ALD Automotive”. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to study process management and cost control in full service leasing company “ALD Automotive” and on that basis to provide proposals for improvement of company process management and cost control. At the end of the thesis, the surveyed information is summarized and conclusions are drawn, which leads to the conclusion that the process management and cost control of the researched company is efficient in accordance with certain procedures and only a small improvement of the process is necessary to increase efficiency. The work consists of 65 pages, contains 4 tables, 13 pictures and 1 appendix. 37 literature sources were used in the work.
