Abstract

Maģistra darba “Lietotu automašīnu rezerves daļu tirdzniecība EBAY platformā” mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz lietotu automašīnu rezerves daļu nozares analīzi, identificēt nozīmīgākās tirgus problēmas un izstrādāt risinājumu tā pilnveidošanai. Maģistra darba pirmajā nodaļā tiek izpētīta pieejamā informācija saistībā ar elektronisko uzņēmējdarbību un tās attīstības tendencēm, iepazīts interneta platformas EBAY saimnieciskās darbības raksturojums, kā arī veikts pētījums par lietotu automašīnu rezerves daļu nepieciešamību patērētāju vidū un formulēta darba risināmā problēma. Otrajā nodaļā tiek veikta projekta mērķu formulēšana, alternatīvu izvirzīšana, izvērtēšana un gala alternatīvas izvēle - Automašīnu rezerves daļu interneta veikala izveide EBAY platformā. Trešajā nodaļā tiek izveidota projekta izvēlētās alternatīvas rokasgrāmata, iekļaujot projekta startu, plānošanu, kontrolingu un noslēgumu. Maģistra darbs sastāv no 18 attēliem, 17 tabulām un 32 pielikumiem.

The goal of the Master thesis “The trade of used auto parts in EBAY platform” is to identify the main trade problems and develop solutions for improvement, based on analysis of used auto parts industry. The first chapter includes a study of available information about electronic commerce and its development tendencies, introduction with the internet platform EBAY and also a study of the need of used auto parts among consumers and formulation of the main problem of the Master thesis. The second chapter includes a formulation of project goals, and alternatives, which is followed by analysis of alternatives and decision making about the main alternative of project – The making of used auto parts online shop in EBAY platform. Third chapter consist of making the project handbook, including the start, planning, controlling and finish of the project. The Master thesis consist of 18 pictures, 17 tables and 32 additions.
