Pūļa finansējums kā alternatīvās finansēšanas avots

Bakalaura darba mērķis ir, pamatojoties uz literatūras, interneta resursu un aptaujas datu analīzi, izpētīt Latvijas uzņēmumu un privātpersonu iespējas piesaistīt finansējumu ar pūļa finansēšanas palīdzību, noskaidrot pieejamo finansējuma apjomu atkarībā no izvēlētās platformas, un identificēt pūļa finansēšanas platformu priekšrocības un trūkumus. Bakalaura darba pirmajā daļā tiek pētīti pūļa finansējuma veidi, ieguvumi un riski no šī alternatīvā finansēšanas veida izmantošanas, kā arī analizēta reglamentējošā bāze, kas regulē pūļa finansēšanu dažādās valstīs. Darba otrajā daļā tiek aplūkotas populārākās pūļa finansēšanas platformas pasaulē un Baltijas valstīs, un veikts to salīdzinājums. Trešajā nodaļā tiek izvērsts Latvijas uzņēmumu un privātpersonu piesaistītais finansējums ar pūļa finansēšanu, kādā platformā un cik lielā apmērā ir izdevies to piesaistīt, kā arī tiek noskaidrots tas, kāpēc tika izvēlēta tieši pūļa finansēšana. The aim of the Bachelor’s thesis is, based on literature, internet resource and survey data analysis, to explore the possibilities of Latvian companies and individuals to attract funding through crowdfunding, find out the amount of funding available depending on the selected platforms, and to identify the advantages and disadvantages of crowdfunding platforms. In the first chapter author has reviewed the types of crowdfunding, benefits and risks from the use of this alternative form of funding, and has analysed the legal regulation of crowdfunding in different countries. In the second chapter author analysed the most popular crowdfunding platforms in the world and in the Baltic States. Author also compared the platforms. Third chapter is about Latvian companies and individuals, who had used crowdfunding. Author questioned them about how much funds they have attracted from crowdfuning, which platforms they used, and, mainly, why they chose crowdfunding.
