Abstract

Diplomdarba tēma ir “Vienotas atskaišu sistēmas ieviešana nekustamo īpašumu apsaimniekošanas uzņēmumā”. Datu analīzei un atskaišu izveidei ir liela nozīme uzņēmuma attīstības veicināšanā, jo tā iespējams savlaicīgi pamanīt un novērtēt, cik veiksmīgi uzņēmums darbojas, noteikt vājās un stiprās puses, kā arī izstrādāt rīcības plānu nākotnei. Svarīgs faktors veiksmīgu atskaišu veidošanā un datu analīzē ir piemērotākā atskaišu risinājuma izvēle konkrētā uzņēmuma vajadzībām. Darba mērķis ir vadošo atskaišu sistēmas risinājumu izpēte, piemērotākā risinājuma izvēle uzņēmuma “X” vajadzībām un sistēmas ieviešanas projekta izstrāde. Darbs sastāv no 3 nodaļām. Pirmajā nodaļā tiek aprakstīta datu analīzes nepieciešamība un populārākie atskaišu veidošanas risinājumi. Otrajā nodaļā ir veikta uzņēmuma “X” darbības novērtējums, aprakstīts esošais datu analīzes un atskaišu veidošanas process. Darba trešajā nodaļā ir izveidots projekts vienotas atskaišu sistēmas ieviešanai uzņēmumā. Rezultātā ir izveidots iespējamais projekts vienotas atskaišu sistēmas ieviešanai nekustamo īpašumu apsaimniekošanas uzņēmumā “X”.

The name of diploma thesis is “Implementation of united report system in real estate management company”. Data analysis and reporting has a big role in the development of the company. It can help detect and assess in advance the success of a company, identify weaknesses and strengths, and develop an action plan. An important factor in successful reporting and data analysis is the most appropriate choice of reporting solution for a particular business. The aim of the thesis is to study the solutions of the leading report systems, choose the most suitable solution for the needs of the company “X” and to develop the system implementation project. The thesis consists of 3 parts. The first chapter describes the need for data analysis in the company and most popular reporting solutions. The second chapter contains an evaluation of the operation of the company X, describes the existing process of data analysis and reporting. In the third chapter of the thesis, there has been created a project for the implementation of a united reporting system in the company. As a result, there is created the possible project for the implementation of a unified reporting system in the real estate management company “X”.
