Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma “SIA “CIDO GRUPA” finanšu pārskati un to analīze”. Finanšu pārskati un to analīze ir svarīga sastāvdaļa ikvienā uzņēmumā, lai varētu noteikt tā finansiālo stāvokli, ieraudzīt nākotnes iespējas un uzlabot jau esošo saimniecisko darbību. Finanšu analīzi izmanto ne tikai pati uzņēmuma vadība, bet arī potenciālie investori, kreditori, klienti un citi sadarbības partneri. Tāpēc mūsdienās, lai veiksmīgi sadarbotos ar citiem tirgus dalībniekiem, ir svarīgi būt finansiāli stabiliem un uzrādīt citiem pievilcīgus rezultātus uzņēmuma finansiālajā analīzē. Darba mērķis: Izpētot un analizējot uzņēmuma SIA “CIDO GRUPA” 2015. gada, 2016. gada un 2017. gada finanšu pārskatus, izstrādāt priekšlikumus un ieteikumus uzņēmuma efektivitātes uzlabošanai. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no ievada, trim lielām nodaļām, secinājumiem un priekšlikumiem, izmantotās literatūras un avotu saraksta, kā arī no pielikumiem darba beigās. Bakalaura darba izstrādē izmantoti 30 literatūras avoti, grāmatas un elektroniskie informācijas avoti. Diplomdarba apjoms ir 64 lappuses datora salikumā, kas satur 9 tabulas, 2 attēlus, 22 formulas un 9 pielikumus. Bachelor's Thesis “Financial Statements and Analysis of SIA “CIDO GRUPA””. Financial statements and their analysis are an important part of any company to determine its financial position, see future opportunities, and improve existing business. Financial analysis is used not only by the management of the company itself, but also by potential investors, creditors, customers and other partners. So nowadays, in order to successfully cooperate with other market participants, it is important to be financially stable and to show others attractive results in the company's financial analysis. Aim of the thesis: analyze the financial statements of the company SIA “CIDO GRUPA” for the years 2015, 2016 and 2017, to develop proposals and recommendations for improving the efficiency of the company. The Bachelor's thesis consists of an introduction, three major chapters, conclusions and suggestions, a list of literature and sources used, as well as appendices at the end. Bachelor's was prepared on 30 literature sources, books and electronic sources. The volume of the work is 64 pages in a computer set containing 9 tables, 2 pictures, 22 formulas and 9 attachments.
