Abstract

Neskatoties uz to, ka alternatīvā finansējuma tirgus strauji iegūst popularitāti uzņēmumu vidē, alternatīvā finansējuma nozarē Latvijā pastāv tirgus nepilnības, kā rezultātā iespējas mazo un vidējo uzņēmumu attīstībai un izaugsmei piesaistīt alternatīvo finansējumu netiek pietiekoši izmantotas, tādēļ svarīgi ir saprast faktorus, kas ietekmē pieprasījuma un piedāvājuma puses izvēli, kā arī nepilnības, kas kavē šīs nozares attīstību. Maģistra darba “Alternatīvie finansēšanas veidi maziem un vidējiem uzņēmumiem un to pieejamības ietekmējošo faktoru analīze Latvijā un Igaunijā” mērķis ir, balstoties Latvijas un Igaunijas MVU alternatīvās finansēšanas nozares pieejamajiem datiem un alternatīvās finansēšanas tirgus analīzi, identificēt Latvijas alternatīvās finansēšanas nozares pieprasījumu un piedāvājumu ietekmējošos faktorus, kā arī izstrādāt priekšlikumus nozares attīstībai. Despite the fact that the alternative funding market is rapidly gaining popularity in the corporate environment, there are market failures in the alternative financing sector in Latvia, as a result of which the opportunities for attracting alternative financing for the development and growth of small and medium-sized enterprises are insufficiently used, so it is important to understand the factors affecting demand and supply as well as shortcomings that hinder the development of this sector. The aim of the Master's thesis “Alternative ways of financing small and medium-sized enterprises and analysis of factors influencing accessibility in Latvia and Estonia” is to identify the factors influencing the demand and supply of the alternative financing sector in Latvia, based on the data available in the alternative financing market of the Latvian and Estonian SMEs and the analysis of the alternative financing market and to develop proposals for the development of the sector.
