Projekts: Uzņēmuma SIA "Ari Art" dibināšana

Abstract

Dota maģistra darba ietvaros tika izstrādāts mākslas un teātra studijas dibināšanas projekts. Uzņēmums pasniegs gleznošanas, zīmēšanas, aktiermākslas nodarbības un meistarklases, kā arī piedāvās iespēju radoši nosvinēt dzimšanas dienas, vecmeitu ballītes vai arī jebkādus citus svētkus. Šī studija būs vieta, kur sastapsies māksla un cilvēks. Zem viena šis studijas jumta tiks apvienoti divi mākslas veidi – vizuāla māksla un aktiermāksla. Var likties, ka tie ir pilnībā dažādi mākslas veidi, kas nav apvienojami, tomēr pēc savas dabas tie ir līdzīgi. Cilvēks atbrīvojas un pauž savas sajutās pārnesot tās uz audekla gleznojot un tas pats arī notiek tēlojot kādu lomu un iejūtoties tajā. Studija piedāvās dažādību un izvēli saviem klientiem. Šī uzņēmuma dibināšanas projekta ietvaros tika izpētīti gan iekšējie provizoriskie uzņēmuma darbību raksturojošie faktori, gan ārējie valsts un konkrēti nozarēs faktori, kuri ietekmēs uzņēmuma darbību. Tika izpētīti mārketinga aspekti, veikta konkurentu analīze. Lai noskaidroti paša uzņēmuma konkurētspēju tika veikta SVID analīze. Tika sastādīti uzņēmuma provizoriskie gada pārskati par pirmajiem trim darbības gadiem, lai pārredzētu uzņēmuma spēju pelnīt. Tika analizēti riski, kuriem uzņēmums ir pakļauts un ar kuriem tas var sastapties. Tā ir tikai daļa no veikta pētījuma un analīzes.

Within the framework of this master's thesis, a project for the establishment of an visual arts and acting classes studio was developed. The arts studio will offer painting, drawing and acting classes, also painting masterclasses, but this is not all, also the studio will be offering the opportunity to celebrate birthdays or any other celebration in the art studio. This studio will be the place where art and man will meet each other. Under one roof of this studio, two types of art will be combined - visual arts and acting art. It may seem that these are completely different types of art that are incompatible, but actually they are similar. Man frees himself and expresses his feelings by mapping them on canvas painting, and the same happens when he is acting and plays a role. The studio will offer diversity and plenty of choice to its customers. Within the framework of this project, both the preliminary factors characterizing the operation of the company and the external factors of the state and specific sectors that will affect the operation of the company were investigated. Marketing aspects were investigated, competitors' analysis performed. SWOT analysis was conducted to determine the competitiveness of the company itself. The company's preliminary annual reports for the first three years of operation were drawn up in order to review the company's ability to make a profit. The risks to which the company is exposed and with which it may be exposed were analyzed. It is only part of the research and analysis done in this master’s thesis.
