Abstract

Projekts SIA "VSP CLUB" korporatīvā sporta kluba veidošana paredz nodibināt brīvā laika atpūtas vietu ar mērķi radīt juridiskām personām draudzīgu un patīkamu vidi ikdienas steigā, kurā uz brīdi izrauties un padomāt tikai par sevi, savu ķermeni un emocionālo veselību. Sporta politikas viens no galvenajiem uzdevumiem ir dot iespēju katram indivīdam nodarboties ar sportu neatkarīgi no vecuma, dzimuma, rases un reliģiskās piederības, radot tam nepieciešamos tiesiskos, ekonomiskos un sociālos apstākļus. Sporta mērķu realizācija nav iespējama bez mūsdienīgām sporta būvēm un tajās notiekošajiem sporta pasākumiem, kas piesaista valsts iedzīvotājus, rosinot vēlēšanos iesaistīties sporta aktivitātēs, pilnveidot sevi un uzlabot veselību. Darba pētīšanas metodes: statistiskā analīze, grafiskā analīze un SVID analīze. Projekta SIA "VSP CLUB" korporatīvā sporta kluba rakstīšanas gaitā tika izmantota lieteratūra latviešu, angļu un krievu valodā, kā arī dažādi interneta resursi, publikācijas, ekonomisko pārskatu žurnāli un Latvijas Republikas tiesību akti. Darbs sastāv no septiņām nodaļām un pielikuma. Katra projekta nodaļa ietver sevī svarīgu informāciju par plānotā uzņēmuma dibināšanas procesiem un aktivitātēm. Projekts ir ilgtermiņu centienu kopums, kura laikā jāsasniedz noteikts mērķis. Tas ir unikāls process, kas sastāv no saskaņotu un kontrolētu aktivitāšu kompleksa ar sākumu un beigu termiņu. Lai sasniegtu iecerēto mērķi, jāpielāgojas īpašām vajadzībām, ietverot laiku, izmaksas un resursu ierobežojumus. Idejas aktualitāte par sporta kluba dibināšanu autorei radās, ikdienā saskaroties ar mazkustīgu darba vidi. The project "VSP CLUB" for the establishment of a corporate sports club envisages the establishment of a place for leisure with the aim of creating a friendly and pleasant environment for legal persons in a hurry to take a moment to think about their body and emotional health. One of the main tasks of sport policy is to enable each individual to engage in sports regardless of age, gender, race, religion, mental and physical disability, creating the necessary legal, economic and social conditions. The realization of sport goals is not possible without modern sports facilities and sporting events taking place there, which would attract the citizens, encouraging them to engage in sports activities, improve themselves and improve their health. Research methods: statistical analysis, graphical analysis and SWOT analysis. In the course of writing the project "VSP CLUB" - corporate literature, literature in Latvian, English and Russian was used. As well as various Internet resources, publications, journals of economic reports and legislation of the Republic of Latvia. The work consists of seven chapters and an annex. Each project chapter contains important information about the planned processes and activities of the company. The project is a set of long-term efforts to achieve a specific goal. It is a unique process consisting of a coherent and controlled set of activities with start and end dates. In order to achieve the intended objective, it is necessary to adapt to specific needs, including time, cost and resource constraints. The topicality of the idea for founding a sports club was in the face of everyday work with sedentary work environment. Although it is the responsibility of every employee of the company to take care of their health, the author of the work wants to interest persons working in an office environment to engage in physical activities. There are many companies in Riga that care for the health and well-being of their employees. By entering into a corporate agreement with “VSP CLUB” sports club, legal entities will have a pleasant motivation to save money on their current sports club membership and will use the offers of the employer which will definitely boost the company's competitiveness in the market, as sport activities can help the body produce certain hormones that are needed for the brain functioning - for good memory, problem solving and multi-tasking. Exercise provides an interesting leisure time for both alone time and by exercising with colleagues. Trends in the industry show a desire for exercise. Not only in Riga, but all residents of Latvia are starting to focus on a healthier lifestyle and daily life quality improvement. Central statistics show that the sharp decline in private sports clubs is over. The main reasons for the liquidation of Riga sports clubs were poor quality sports facilities, equipment and non-professional service providers.
