Latviešu valodas nebalsīgo troksneņu akustisks un auditīvs raksturojums

Abstract

Promocijas darbā pētītas latviešu valodas intervokālisko nebalsīgo troksneņu akustiskās un auditīvās pazīmes. Tajā noteikts nebalsīgo troksneņu izrunas laiks, slēguma un trokšņa posma ilgums, intensitātes palielināšanās laiks, spektrālo smaiļu frekvence un intensitāte, kā arī F2 lokusi. Uztveres eksperimentos pārbaudīts trokšņa posma un formantu pāreju perceptuālais nozīmīgums. Promocijas darba izstrādes gaitā iegūts latviešu valodas nebalsīgo troksneņu akustiskais un auditīvais raksturojums. Izmantojot pētījuma rezultātus un šķīrējpazīmju teoriju, veikta latviešu valodas nebalsīgo troksneņu fonoloģiska klasifikācija.

In the doctoral thesis acoustic and auditory properties of the intervocalic Latvian voiceless obstruents have been studied. They have been characterized by such acoustic properties as duration of the whole consonantal segment, the duration of closure and release phase, the rise time, the frequency and intensity of spectral peaks as well as the F2 loci. In auditory experiments the perceptual role of the release phase and the formant transitions has been examined. As a result of these studies the acoustic and auditory characteristics of the Latvian voiceless obstruents has been obtained. Accoring to the results of the current study and Distinctive Feature Theory the phonological classification of the Latvian voiceless obstruents has been developed.
