Abstract

Metanola noteikšana ar eksprestestu metodi. Milekhina N., zinātniskais vadītājs Dr. chem., doc. Ģībietis J. Bakalaura darbs, 57 lappuses, 28 attēli, 14 tabulas, 76 literatūras avoti. Latviešu valodā. Darbā apkopota informācija par metanola izmantošanu, tā ietekmi uz cilvēka organismu, tā noteikšanu ar kvantitatīvās analīzes metodēm. Eksperimentāli iegūts kalibrēšanas grafiks spektrofotometriskai metanola noteikšanai ar hromotropskābi un spektrofotometriskai noteikšanai ar p-nitroanilīnu. Aprobēta ekspresmetode metanola noteikšanai alkoholiskos dzērienos un izveidots testkomplekts šī uzdevuma veikšanai.

The study compiles information about the use of methanol, its effects on the human body, its determination by quantitative analysis methods. A calibration graph for spectrophotometric methanol determination with chromotropic acid and spectrophotometric determination with p-nitroaniline is experimentally obtained. An express method for the determination of methanol in alcoholic beverages has been approbated and a test kit for this task has been developed.
