Abstract

Maģistra darba tēma “Apmācības datu paplašināšana” izraudzīta, ņemot vērā tās aktualitāti un daudzos iespējamos pielietojumus. Savā darbā autore pētījusi attēlu neuzraudzītu nepārisku ciklisku kartēšanu no viena domēna uz otru, ņemot par pamatu Zhu u.c. autoru izveidotu cikliska pretinieku tīkla CycleGAN modifikāciju LSGAN [58]. Par vienu kartējamo kopu izraudzīta Beļģijas ceļazīmju attēlu kopa, par otru – minētās kopas attēlu kontūras. Aplūkota iespēja ģenerēt trūkstošus datus, jo, lielajiem datiem mūsdienās kļūstot par normu, šī problēma var kļūt par izaicinājumu. The theme of the Master Thesis “Extension of Training Data” has been selected taking into account its topicality. In her work, the author investigates the unsupervised cyclic mapping of unpaired images from one domain to another. The work is based on cyclic adversarial network CycleGAN, more specifically on its modification LSGAN created by Zhu et al. [58]. The set of Belgian road signs was selected as the first dataset for mapping. The second set of images contained the contours of all abovementioned road signs. In her work, the author has considered the possibility of missing data generation, as nowadays when big data are a norm, this problem can become a challenge. The work was completed at Institute of Electronics and Computer Science in year 2019.
