Abstract
“Uzņēmuma klientu pārvaldības sistēmas pilnveidošana” ietver klientu pārvaldības sistēmas uzlabojumus ar tās integrāciju ziņapmaiņas vietnē “Slack”. Izmantojot “Slack” komandas, uzņēmuma darbinieki var ātri, ērti un uzskatāmi iegūt informāciju vai veikt darbības, kuru veikšanai iepriekš būtu nepieciešama programmēšanas inženieru iejaukšanās. Uzņēmuma klientu daudzumam strauji augot, radās nepieciešamība pēc rīka, kas ļautu veikt šīs darbības arī bez tehniskām zināšanām. Programmatūra ir izstrādāta ar Python 2, lietojot Tornado ietvaru. Ziņojumu uzglabāšana notiek ar AWS SQS.
“Customer management system improvements” includes customer service improvements using “Slack” internal integration. With “Slack” commands, the company's employees can quickly and easily obtain information or perform activities that in the past would require intervention by software engineers. Due to rapid customer growth, occurred the need of a tool, that could allow to perform these actions. Software is developed in Python 2 using Tornado framework. Message queueing is implemented by AWS SQS.
