Bērnu un jauniešu nometņu iekšējā pārvaldības sistēma

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darba „Bērnu un jauniešu nometņu iekšējā pārvaldības sistēma” mērķis ir aprakstīt darba autores vadītu nometņu un to dalībnieku pārvaldības sistēmu, kas ļautu ērti pārvaldīt dalībnieku pieteikšanos nometnēm, dalībnieku informāciju un informāciju par notikušajām un paredzētajām nometnēm. Sistēmas galvenais nolūks ir automatizēt dalībnieku pieteikšanos nometnēm un tādējādi būtiski atvieglojot un samazinot laika patēriņu nometnes organizēšanai. Sistēma ļautu nometnes darbiniekiem – organizatoriem pārvaldīt informāciju par nometnēm, to dalībniekiem un atbalstītājiem. Nometņu dalībnieki varētu apskatīt aktuālāko informāciju, pieteikties paredzētajām nometnēm un arī atteikties no dalības tajās. Nereģistrētiem lietotājiem būtu iespēja aplūkot jaunāko informāciju par nometnēm un iegūt informāciju kā pietiekties nometnēm. Darba dokumentācija sastāv no ievada, vispārējā apraksta, programmatūras prasību specifikācijām un projektējuma apraksta, lietotāja saskarņu projektējuma, testēšanas dokumentācijas.

The aim of the Qualification Paper 'Internal Management System for Children and Youth Camps' is to describe the management system of camps (managed by the author) and their participants which would allow to ease management of participants 'applications for camps, participants' information and information on events that both have taken place and are planned. The main purpose of the system is to automate the registration of participants for camps and thus significantly reduce the time spent on camp organization. The system would allow camp staff - organizers to manage camp information, participants and supporters. Camp participants could view up-to-date information, apply for camps and opt out of camps they have applied. Unregistered users would have the opportunity to see the latest camp information and get information on how to register for camp. The documentation consists of introduction, general description, software requirements specifications and design description, user interface design, testing documentation.
