Klientu attiecību vadības informācijas sistēmas "KAVIS" izstrādes un uzturēšanas darbi, balstoties uz lietotāju stāstiem

Abstract

Kvalifikācijas darbā aprakstīti izstrādes un uzturēšanas darbi, kas veikti, lai uzlabotu klientu attiecību vadības informācijas sistēmas “KAVIS” funkcionalitāti un uzticamību. Darba pamatdaļas ir veikto uzdevumu lietotājstāsti, programmatūras projektējuma apraksts, kā arī testēšanas dokumentācija. Tā ietvaros atbilstoši lietotājstāstiem ir gan izstrādātas jaunas funkcionalitātes, gan novērstas vairākas sistēmas nepilnības. Lietotājstāstos aprakstītie uzdevumi tika izpildīti, izmantojot spējās programmatūras izstrādes metodi. Galvenās izstrādē izmantotās programmēšanas valodas ir C# un Oracle PL/SQL.

The qualification paper describes the development and maintenance work done to improve the functionality and reliability of the customer relationship management information system KAVIS. The main parts of the thesis are the user stories of the tasks performed, the description of the software design, and the testing documentation. Within this framework, new functionalities have been developed and several bugs have been fixed in accordance with the user stories. The tasks described in user stories were performed using the agile software development method. The main programming languages used in the development are C # and Oracle PL / SQL.
