Masu apkalpošanas sistēmu tīklu izmantošana bankas darbībā

Abstract

Bakalaura darbā ir īss masu apkalpošanas teorijas apraksts un vēstures ieskats. Tiek aprakstītas masu apkalpošanas sistēmas un masu apkalpošanas tīkli. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt divus dažādus masu apkalpošanas tīklus – atvērto Džeksona tīklu un slēgto Gordona – Ņūela tīklu. Darba noslēgumā ir izstrādāti praktiski uzdevumi, kuros tiek izmantotas Džeksona un Gordona – Ņūela teorēmas.Bachelor theses has brief description of queuing theory and history insight. Queuing systems and queuing networks are described. Bachelor theses is aimed to research two different queuing networks - Jackson’s open network and Gordon – Newells closed network. At the end of the thesis, practical tasks have been developed using the theorems of Jackson’s and Gordon-Newels.
