Bakalaura darbā “Ķīnas Tautas Republikas viena bērna politikas vēsture, problemātika un sekas” tiek apskatītas 1979. gadā uzsāktās populācijas ierobežošanas politikas sākumi, tās īstenošanas metodes, tās mērķi un radītās sekas. Bakalaura darbā tiek apskatīta Ķīnas Tautas Republikas valdības īstenotā populācijas ierobežošanas politika sākot ar “vēlāk, ilgāk, mazāk" politiku, vairāk pievēršoties 1979. gadā, izveidotajai viena bērna ģimenes politikai. Darbā tiek aplūkoti viena bērna politikas motīvi un mērķi, apskatītas metodes, ar kurām populācijas politika tika īstenota, kā arī novērtētas viena bērna politikas radītās sekas. Bakalaura darba rakstīšanā par pamatu tika izmantoti demogrāfijas, socioloģijas un citu pētnieku zinātniskie darbi un grāmatas. Bakalaura darbs sastāv no divām daļām. Darba pirmā daļa veltīta viena bērna politikas sākuma, īstenošanas metožu, izņēmumu un beigu izpētei un aprakstīšanai. Otrā daļa veltīta viena bērna politikas seku izpētei. The bachelor paper “History, problems and consequences of the one child policy of the People's Republic of China” discusses the beginnings of the population control policy launched in 1979, its implementation methods, its aims and consequences. The Bachelor's paper deals with the population control policy of the government of the People's Republic of China, starting with "later, longer, fewer" policy, and focusing on the one-child family policy established in 1979. The thesis discusses the motives and goals of one child's policy, the methods used to implement the population policy as well as consequences of one child's policy. The basis for writing bachelor's thesis was research and books of demographic researchers, sociology researchers and others. The bachelor thesis consists of two parts. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the study and describe of the beginning, implementation methods, exceptions and end of one child's policy. The second part is devoted to studying the consequences of one-child policy.
