Abstract

Bakalaura darbs „Neatņemamās daļas tiesīgo un neatņemamās daļas jēdziena izpratne un problēmjautājumi” ir aktuāls temats mantojuma tiesībās, jo tas ietver sevī ne tikai mūsdienās sastopamās civiltiesiskās attiecības, bet arī vairākus problēmjautājumus, kurus, autoresprāt, ir svarīgi noskaidrot un izpētīt to iespējamo risinājumu. Tāpēc darba mērķis ir neatņemamās daļas tiesīgo un neatņemamās daļas jēdziena un problēmjautājumu analīze un izpēte. Lai tiktu sasniegti izvirzītie mērķi, darbā tika analizēta neatņemamās daļas tiesīgo un neatņemamās daļas jēdziens un vēsturiskā attīstība, pētīta tiesu prakse, iepazīti Latvijas Republikas un ārvalsts normatīvie akti.

Bachelor’s thesis “Understanding of the Concepts of Persons Entitled to Preferential Shares and Preferential Shares and Related Issues” deals with topical issues in the field of inheritance rights as it incorporates not only modern civil relations but several problems too which, according to the author, must be determined by seeking the possible solution. Therefore, the purpose of the thesis is to analyse and study the concepts of persons entitled to preferential shares and preferential shares. To this end, the thesis analysed the concepts of persons entitled to preferential shares and preferential shares and their historic developments, studying judicial practice and exploring legislation of the Republic of Latvia and other countries.
