2.tipa cukura diabēta recepšu medikamentu apgrozījums aptiekā, Lubānā

Abstract

2.tipa cukura diabēts ir izplatīta slimība kā Latvijā tā pasaulē un saslimstība tāpat kā šīs slimības medikamentu patēriņš tikai pieaug. Maģistra darba mērķis bija pētīt 2.tipa cukura diabēta medikamentu apgrozījumu aptiekā, Lubānā, laika periodā no 2017.gadam līdz 2019.gadam. Darbā aprakstīts 2. tipa cukura diabēts tā saslimšanas riska faktori, simptomi, komplikācijas diagnostika un slimības ārstēšana. Pētījuma rezultāti liecina, ka biežāk pirktie medikamenti aptiekā, Lubānā, ir biguanīdu grupas preparāti. Vislielākā aprite divu gadu laikā ir bijusi metformīnam “Glucophage XR 1000mg N60”. No 2017.gada līdz 2019.gadam lielākais pacientu skaits bija vecuma grupā no 61-70 gadiem un no visiem pacientiem vairāk 2.tipa cukura diabēta pacientu bija tieši sievietes. Type 2 diabetes is a widespread disease in the world and in Latvia, and the incidence of the disease, as well as the consumption of anti-diabetic medicines is increasing. The aim of the Master's thesis was to study the dispensing of type 2 diabetes medicines in the pharmacy, Lubāna, during the period from 2017 to 2019. The thesis describes type 2 diabetes, its risk factors, symptoms, complications, diagnosis and treatment of the disease. The results of the study show that the most commonly purchased drugs in the pharmacy, Lubana, are preparations of the biguanide group. The greatest consumption in two years has been of metformin “Glucophage XR 1000mg N60”. From 2017 to 2019, the highest number of patients was in the age group 61-70 years, and between all patients of type 2 diabetes dominated women. Comparing the dispensing of anti-diabetes medicines during two-years, conclusion is that the consumption of these drugs is increasing.
