Radiogrāfera taktika veicot vēdera datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu ar kontrastvielu

Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma ir ,,Radiogrāfera taktika veicot vēdera datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu ar kontrastvielu''. Izvēlētā bakalaura darba tēma ir aktuāla, jo pasaulē būtiski pieaug datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu daudzums. Darba mērķis ir noskaidrot kvalitatīva datortomogrāfijas izmeklējuma kritērijus veicot vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu ar kontrastvielu. Mērķa sasniegšanai tika izvirzīti sekojoši uzdevumi: analizēt literatūru par vēdera fizioloģiju, normālu un datortomogrāfijas anatomiju, analizēt literatūru par vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfijā pielietoto kontrastvielu, tās ķīmisko struktūru, pacienta sagatavošanu un kontrastvielas ievadi, analizēt literatūru par datortomogrāfijas darbības principu un pielietoto protokolu. Bakalaura darba pētnieciskajā daļa ir veikts prospektīvs kvalitatīvs pētījums. Pētījumā tika izmantots pētījuma protokols, kurš sastāvēja no kvalitatīva attēla kritērijiem veicot vēdera dobuma datortomogrāfijas izmeklējumu ar kontrastvielu. Pētījuma gaitā tika izanalizēti četrdesmit datortomogrāfijas attēli, kuri uzskatāmā veidā tika izanalizēti izmantojot pētījuma protokolu. Bakalaura darba rezultātā tika apkopoti dati un veikti secinājumi par izanalizēto literatūru, avotiem un pētījuma daļu. Bakalaura darba kopējais apjoms ir 36 lapaspuses, tās veido 3 nodaļas un 9 apakšnodaļas un pētījuma daļa. Darbā ir 9 pielikumi, formulēti 6 secinājumi, darbā izmantoti 21 literatūras avoti. Bachelors degree thesis subject is “Radiographers tactics whilst performing abdominal computer-tomography scan with the use of contrast”. Chosen subject is relevant because of the growing use of computer-tomography for patients all around the world. The aim of the thesis is to find out the quality criteria for computer tomography examination for the abdomen with the use of contrast. To reach the conclusion, several tasks were made : literature analysis about the physiology of the stomach, normal and computer tomography anatomy, literature analysis about the contrast which is used for abdominal scans – the use of it and how to administrate it aswell as its chemical structure, aswell as the right choice of computer tomography protocol and overall patient comfort. To further research the subject, a research was done using prospective research method, the research was done using a research protocol, which contained all the quality criteria, a total of forty examinations were examined, the result of the research can be seen in the thesis. The Bachelors degree results can be seen an the research section of the paper, aswell as the conclusion about the literature. The Bachelors theses consists of 36 pages , three main chapters and seven sub-chapters aswell as the research part. There are eleven attachmanets, six conclusions, the paper was written using twenty one sources of literature. Keywords: contrast, computer tomography, anatomy of the abdomen.
