Tēma “Darba spriedzes un sava darba nozīmīguma apzināšanās saikne ar profesionālo izdegšanu”. Tēmas aktualitāti pamato pieaugoša profesionālās izdegšanas izplatība un tās ietekme uz māsu darba kvalitāti. Mērķis - noteikt saikni starp darba spriedzi un sava darba nozīmīguma apzināšanos ar profesionālo izdegšanu. Hipotēzes - profesionālā izdegšana ir pozitīvi saistīta ar darba spriedzi un negatīvi saistīta ar brīvu rīcību darbā un sava darba nozīmīguma apzināšanos. Pētījuma rezultāti ir pieņemti kā mutiska prezentācija 11th International Conference on Epidemiologic and Public Health, Kopenhāgenā, Dānija. The topicality of the theme is justified by the increasing amount of professional burnout among nurses. The aim – to establish the link between the work stress and work importance awareness and professional burnout. Hypothesis – professional burnout is linked with the work stress and work autonomy and work importance awareness. Quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional study. Research tool – internationally developed questionnaire AwAKE. The study found that high burnout indications are influenced by the work stress. The results of the study were accepted as an oral presentation at the 11th International Conference on Epidemiologic and Public Health held in Copenhagen, Denmark.
