Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma – Psihosociālā aprūpe pacientiem ar demenci. Strādājot ar pacientiem kuri cieš no demences, prasa no māsas papildus zināšanas, kas ļauj nodrošināt pacientiem ar demenci pilnvērtīgu aprūpi. Demence izpaužas dažādos veidos. Māsai nodrošinot pacientiem aprūpi ir jāsaprot demences klīniskās izpausmes, lai kvalitatīvi varētu izvērtēt nepieciešamo aprūpi. Bakalaura darba mērķis: noskaidrot psihosociālās aprūpes faktorus pacientiem ar demenci terciārā aprūpes posmā. Bakalaura darba pētījuma veids – kvantitatīva neeksperimentāla pētniecības metode, aptaujas anketas jautājumi. Bakalaura darba hipotēze: pacientu ar demenci aprūpi terciārā aprūpes posmā vairāk ietekmē psiholoģiskie, mazāk sociālie faktori daļēji apstiprinās. Pacienta aprūpi ietekmē psiholoģiskie un sociālie faktori.

Bachelor Thesis theme – Psyhosocial care for patients with dementia. To take care of patients who are suffering from dementia reguires additional knowledge from the nurse, that makes it passiable to provide complete care Dementia is expressed in different ways. The nurse that provides patient care should understand the clinical manifestation of dementia, to qualitatively evaluate the necessary care. Aim of Bachelor thesis: to find out the psychosocial care factors for patient with dimentia in tertiary care phase. Type of Bachelors thesis research: quantitative non – experemental research method, questionnaire. Hypothesis of Bachelor thesis: patients with dementia in a tertiary care phase are more effected by psichological factors, less social factors are partially confirmed. Patients care is effected by psichological and social factors.
