Abstract

Bakalaura darba tēma: māsu adaptācija uzsākot darba attiecības operāciju zālē. Pētījuma mērķis bija noskaidrot māsu adaptāciju ietekmējošus faktorus, uzsākot darbu operāciju zālē. Pētījuma jautājums: kādi ir māsu adaptācijas ietekmējoši faktori, uzsākot darba attiecības operāciju zālē? Darba realizēšanai tika izmantota kvalitatīvās pētniecības instruments – strukturētā intervija. Literatūras apskatā tika aprakstīti pieejamie avoti par adaptācijas jēdzienu un būtību, tās veidiem, stresu un citiem to ietekmējošiem faktoriem. Pētījuma izlase bija 6 operācijas māsas, kas sākušas strādāt ne agrāk kā pirms diviem gadiem. Galvenie pētījuma rezultāti: adaptācija, uzsākot darbu, ir atkarīga no kolēģu attieksmes, darba vides, spējas pārvarēt stresu un iepriekšējas pieredzes. Bachelor Theme: Adaptation of nurses starting to work in Operations Hall. The aim of the study was to find out the nurses’ adaptation influencing factors starting work in the operating room. Research question: What are the nurses’ adaptation influencing starting an employement relationship in an operating room? Only a qualitative research tool – a structured interview – was used to implement the work. The work of a theorethical and a research part. The theoretical part of the research work includes adaptation definition and it’s significance, its’ types, influencing factors and the impact of stress on it. The study included 6 nurses who started working no eralier than two years ago. The main findings of the study: Adaptation, starting to work, depends on the colleagues’ attitude, the working environment, the ability to overcome stress and previous experience.
