Darba “Zīmola maiņas komunikācija: Circle K un VIADA salīdzinājums” mērķis ir noskaidrot, kādu komunikāciju zīmola maiņas procesā izmantojuši zīmoli “Circle K” un “VIADA”, salīdzināt abu uzņēmumu komunikāciju un noskaidrot, kāda komunikācija ir visefektīvākā. Darba teorētisko daļu veido zīmola teorija, zīmola maiņas teorija un komunikācijas teorija. Lai tiktu sasniegts darba mērķis, tika izveidota aptauja un intervija, kas palīdzēja analizēt klientu un darbinieku attieksmi par zīmolu komunikāciju. Izmantojot kvalitatīvo kontentanalīzi, tika noskaidroti komunikācijas mērķi, veids un saturs, kādus izmanto abi zīmoli. Galvenie secinājumi: abi zīmoli ir izvēlējušies atšķirīgu komunikāciju un ziņojumu saturus. VIADA savā komunikācijā visbiežāk izmanto uzsvaru uz atlaidēm un izdevīgumu, turpretī Circle K mēģina iesaistīt auditoriju, vedināt uz sarunu un veido ierakstus auditorijas uzmanības noturēšanai. The aim of the work “Rebranding communication: comparison of Circle K and VIADA” is to find out what kind of communication in brand change was used by “Circle K” and “VIADA” stations, to compare the communication of both companies and to find out what kind of communication is most effective. The theoretical part of the thesis consists of brand theory, brand change theory and communication theory. To achieve the goal of the work, was created a survey and interview to analyze the attitude of clients and employees about the communication of both brands. Using qualitative content analysis, were clarified the purpose, type and content of the communication used by VIADA and Circle K. Key Findings: Both brands have chosen different communications and message contents. VIADA uses the emphasis on discounts and benefits in its communication, while Circle K tries to engage the audience, lead the conversation, and write posts to keep the attention of the audience.
