Stresa un izdegšanas sindroma saistība Latvijas valsts policijas darbiniekiem

Abstract

Šī pētījuma mērķis ir, pirmkārt, noskaidrot, kuri stresori visvairāk saistās ar uztverto stresu Latvijas Valsts policijā un, otrkārt, noskaidrot, kāda ir saistība stresam un izdegšanas sindromam Latvijas Valsts policijā. Respondenti (N = 63) aizpildīja trīs aptaujas: Uztvertā stresa skalu (PSS), Maslakas izdegšanas aptauju (MBI) un aptauju “Stress darbavietā” (OSI). Pētījuma rezultāti saistībā ar stresu un izdegšanas sindromu, kā arī ar biežāko uzrādīto stresoru policijas populācijā, apstiprina citu pētījumu secinājumus. Darba organizācija ir nozīmīgākais faktors stresam darbā policistu izlasē un stress veido ciešas, nozīmīgas saistības ar izdegšanas sindromu. The aim of this study is to find out, first of all, which stressors are most connected with the perceived stress in the State Police of Latvia and, secondly, the relationship between the stress and burnout syndrome in the Latvian State Police. Respondents (N = 63) completed three surveys: Perceived Stress Scale survey (PSS), Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI), and a Occupational Stress Indicator (OSI) survey. The results of the study showed relations between stress and burnout syndrome and the most frequent reported stressors in the police population, The work organization is the most important factor in stress in the police population and stress forms a close, significant relationship with the burnout syndrome in the Latvian State Police.
